Review the income and job opportunities and look at the agreement
See a preview of what is to come for 2019

THE CRM TRAINING SESSIONS – 1 Hour (required)

The CRM training session is a required training for all Deal Makers and Closers because using the CRM is a requirement of the job for communication, collaboration and tracking your work. During this session, you will learn about

The daily announcements board
The weekly schedule board
Prospects and Leads assignment process
Working on a business from prospecting to closing to assigning to an Account Executive

There will always be multiple sessions from which to choose.

THE TRAINING SESSIONS – 7 Hours (required)

The CRM training session is a required training for all Deal Makers and Closers as it will provide the information necessary for the job. The time that will be allotted for the actual training will be approximately 6 hrs total. However, the sessions will be scheduled for 7 hours to have time for breaks and lunch as well as questions and answers during and after the sessions. There will always be multiple sessions from which to choose.

THE ONE-ON-ONE CHAT – 30 Minutes (optional)

The call should take no more than 30 minutes, so I’d like it to be a time where it is distraction free for you. It will be informal, and I will be asking you to expound on your experience and your vision for the role that you want to play now as well as the role into which you want to advance.
