When you visit, open our emails or interact with any NUBIAN NETWORK-related tools, widgets or plug-ins, we may collect certain information (including IP addresses) by automated means, such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons and JavaScript.

Cookies are unique identifiers that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide features to make your navigation experience unique and targeted. 

The acceptance of cookies is not a requirement for visiting the Site. However we would like to point out that the use of the ‘basket’ functionality on the Site and ordering is only possible with the activation of cookies. Neither we nor any third parties on obtain personal information about our visitors’ online activities, over time and across third-party websites. Our Sites are not designed to respond to “do not track” signals from browsers.

Be sure to sign off when finished using a shared computer.  We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. The Nubian Network takes every reasonable precaution to secure personal information within both its computers and its physical premises. The Nubian Network does not store any financial information on it’s own servers but does use SSL software to encrypt financial information during transmission.

We follow world industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and receipt. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


We will not display your personal information on, but we will share information that you specifically indicate is public information. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with email distribution technology, services, and/or content for the operation and maintenance of Access to your personal information by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for The Nubian Network. We also contractually require that our operations and maintenance contractors 1) protect the privacy of your personal information consistent with this Privacy Policy, and 2) not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than providing us with products and services as required by law.

What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

We will let members, registered users and visitors know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a member, registered user or visitor has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such person to allow such person to prevent such disclosure.
