  • If you have a storefront or office, ensure that your hours of operation are posted.
  • Open on time, every time.
  • If your business is by appointment, show up on time, every time..
INTEGRITY
   
Your word is your bond, in life and in business.
  • Do what you say you will do and when you say you will do it.
  • Keep your promises, even if it takes extra effort.
  • When negotiating a business deal, make sure everything is on the table and nothing is left out.

Be committed to having the highest standards in business.
  • Be committed to providing good quality products and service to new and existing customers.
